HTML Anchors not working

  I create an anchor starting with #, link to it on my main page but the link does not work.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  You don’t have to add # when created an anchor. The # is only needed to access the anchored section.
