HTML being stripped – was not on "forbidden list"

I’ve tried inserting this code into the sticky post on my site’s homepage so that Facebook will draw on it for thumbnails, but it keeps getting stripped every time I hit update. Is there something here that’s objectionable, or is WP being over-eager?

As far as I know we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include. I put it above the text in the sticky post that is on the front page of the site.
Also, I’ve noticed (and have asked another forum question) trying to get a solid answer on whether or not Facebook allows you to customize your thumbnails. This respondent says you can:

Based on this, I started looking around for other ways to customize.

Sometimes you can, sometimes you can’t. I post links to FB daily from six different blogs, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and sometimes it works for certain blogs but not for others.
