Hi there,
Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies as a first step?

still no good tried with a different computer as recommended and that didn’t make a difference at a loss now dont know want to do, would transferring the full blog to WordPress.org make any difference as I do need the donate button from paypal

Just to confirm, are you unable to see the HTML button on the PayPal website? Or are you referring to your HTML editor when adding a new post or page to your WordPress.com blog?
If you’re having trouble switching to the HTML editor on WordPress.com, could you let me know what Internet browser and operating system you’re using (as well as the versions)?
Additionally, if you could take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library, that would be helpful:

it is the HTML and visual editor buttons on WordPress.com to include these are missing so I can transfer the papal donation button.
My version of windows is 7, I am using Firefox version 8 and have also checked with chrome Google toolbar just downloaded the latest version today, went toi ibnternet cafe and checked from another server provider just the same, would transferring my WordPress to WordPress.org Ive spent all day trying to do this with no avail completely frustrated -
It looks like you’ve disabled the Visual Editor on benidormhens.wordpress.com. To change this, please go to your Users -> Personal Settings page and de-select “Disabled visual editor when writing.”
After you save your changes, you should be able to see both the HTML and Visual tabs when adding a new post.
