  <form> code isn’t allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons, but you don’t need to use HTML to add a form to your site.

  WordPress.com comes with a contact form already built in. In the page editor, simply type /form to insert the form block:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  If that contact form’s features are too limited for what you need, we also support embedding a number of third-party forms:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/forms/
