Oh, the buy now button, sorry about that!
I’m afraid e-commerce isn’t possible here at WordPress.com.
You can use a PayPal Donate button, but not a Buy button.
If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
Please see this link to learn about the differences:

Actually, your domain extension doesn’t matter in this case.
WordPress.com is a blogging service with some restrictions, what you’re using now.
http://wordpress.org/ is blogging software with no restrictions, but you need to install it with a hosting provider.
-
The extension on your domain name has nothing to do with it. When we speak of .ORG, we are referring to self-hosting a blog at a third-party hosting service such as godaddy, dreamhost, etc., using the software from wordpress.ORG. Self-hosted blogs are not free.
You would have to hire a web host, install and configure the wordpress software and then export your content from your free blog her and import it into the new self-hosted blog. Figure an average total cost of about $10 to $25 per month depending on bandwidth and storage requirements.
Self-hosting comes with a good bit of extra responsibility. You would be responsible for all installations, all upgrades, all backups and all troubleshooting. If something goes wrong you have to figure it out and fix it. It is also good if you have at least some knowledge of MySQL databases as there can be times when the only way to fix something or recover from the installation of bad code or a plugin is to edit the bad stuff out of the database. This happens more times than some people like to admit.
