html code in text wisget

  when i type this html code into the text widget

  <div id=”hypem-widget”></div><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://hypem.com/widget/v2/popular/now/10/hype.js?bcol=DDDDDD&tcol=000000&lcol=333333″></script>

  most of it disappears after i hit save. is this code being actively stripped by wordpress or is there a problem with me code?
