HTML code not showing up right

  im trying to put in some custom HTML code on a page and when i save the page, it reloads and has completely changed to something else or is just gone!!

  im trying to put up Paypal code as well as some CDBaby code and it wont work right!!

  anyone know what is going on??

  The problem is the codes you are using. We can only post an unencrypted PayPal donation button on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Other codes will be stripped out by the software. Also note that blogger initiated advertising codes and affiliate codes will likewise be stripped out by the software here.

  If you want to have a site cane be fully equipped for ecommerce transactions, you may want to consider the option of hiring a web host and setting up a self hosted WordPress.org install. WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences

  One other thing to consider is that wordpress.com is a multi-user platform which means we all share the same underlying theme and wordpress files. That has huge advantages in that any bug fixes, enhancements or what have you can be rolled out virtually instantaneously to everyone. With over 25 million sites here, that is a huge advantage for all of us using wordpress.com.

  Bad code introduced by one blogger, whether intentional or not, could bring down a lot of sites here. That is the main reason there are restrictions on code.
