HTML content not showing when printing form submissions

I work for a youth camp. When we receive online registration forms, parents/guardians must read and agree with our parental agreement and release policy. We like to have hard copies of registrations on hand, so we print all of our submissions. Unfortunately when we print the registrations, the parental release is not included. I believe this is because on the form itself, this section is an HTML block and when I went to edit the form I noticed it says “This is a content placeholder. HTML content is not displayed in the form admin. Preview this form to view the content.” I did not build the website and create our registration forms. I am just starting to familiarize myself with wordpress. If anyone knows a simple solution to be able to have this content show up when the form is printed I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
