HTML, CSS, PHP HELP

I’m sorry it took so long! I should have thought to try that link sooner. The trouble with that link is that it’s the old version of the CSS editor, and it will get phased out eventually so I’m still very interested in figuring out what might be causing the problem in the new live preview version of the CSS editor for you!

Would you be willing to keep going with some troubleshooting and testing for the other link?
    https://ofmerandmen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#css

If so, maybe could we start by summarizing the problem you’re facing:

    • CSS in the Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS panel won’t save
    • You have the Custom Design upgrade
    • Theme is Twenty Ten
    • Using Chrome 26.0.1410.65 on a MacBook Pro
    • No browser add-ons or extensions, but you are using a browser theme.
    • You also tested Safari (is this true?)
    • Live preview is not working for you—meaning, you cannot see the changes take effect on the left when you enter CSS into the panel on the right.
    • After saving CSS, you see a success message, but if you reload of view the front page the CSS isn’t being applied.

    Is that summary correct?

The *only* thing in that list I haven’t tested myself is the browser theme. If you did test other browsers, then a browser theme is unlikely to be causing trouble, but maybe I could try testing it. Is the browser theme you are using something I could download and install for testing?

Another basic troubleshooting step is clearing cache. I’m not sure if it would help, but it would be good to cross it off the list as something that was checked:

If you by any chance get an opportunity to test from a different location (i.e. completely separate ISP or network connection), can you try saving CSS again from another location?

Yes that is all correct. and yes i have also tried safari to no avail. I am curious as to why that will not work either but the old link does. Yes you may download the theme, it has no name by it is created by James White if that helps. I have windows machines, and access to another ISP, i will try that as soon as possible.
