HTML Editor Not Saving Code
-
When I copy and paste HTML code into the HTML editor of a blog post it doesn’t save. I’m copying the code from an affiliate site so no word extraneous code.
I’ve done this a million times before in other blogs I’ve done and in this one before. But today it’s not saving. Often have the same issue with HTML widgets as well. I’ve looked through the various posts of people having the same issue but none of the answers are helpful or resolving the issue. Anyone had this problem and resolved it? i would appreciate a little help here.

I'm copying the code from an affiliate siteWhoa Put on the breaks and contact staff first because most affiliate links and codes are not allowed here @ WP.com here is their contact link http://support.wordpress.com/contact

Please paste the code you are trying to use between backticks so we can take a look at it.
Backtick ` is on the same key as tilde ~ next to 1/! on most keyboards.
Note that some code is forbidden on WordPress.com:

ok will dill with both of those. As to not being able to post affiliate links on WP I see tons of WP websites advertising affilliate products. So you’re saying you are not allowed to do this?

Thanks for that I’ll have a re-read. Presumable this is for the subdomain on wordpress not the actual hosted sites that use WordPress as the platform to design sites!

Yes, there are two kinds of WordPress.
Self-hosted blogs, using free software.
Free blogs hosted by wordpress.
