HTML Editor on Themes

  I am currently on my WP Admin and I am looking under my “appearence” tab. There is suppose to be an “editor” option here so that I can edit the HTML and CSS of my wordpress page. I’ve looked at my personal settings and my profile, and I cant find any checkboxes to enable the visual editor… I have no idea why I dont have this tab under my appearence section.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Make sure you read the comparison very closely do you know the restrictions and limitations on WordPress.COM blogging http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You cannot make any such changes unless you are willing to purchase a Premium bundle of upgrades that includes the custom design upgrade and then undertake CSS editing.
