HTML editor stopped working

  Does anyone know why the HTML editor stopped working today? I can type, but none of the formatting buttons do anything, and I can’t insert images unless I link from URL and type them in by hand.

  I am using Firefox, and I did try clearing my cache and restarting my computer. I also tried working in IE, which was glitchy in a different way: it would insert the HTML at a random place in the article (not the area I had highlighted).

  I have not added any new add-ons to Firefox lately, so I don’t understand why the editor would suddenly stop working.

  Thanks for letting us know you did try llogging out and clearing your browser cache and cookies and then logging in again. Thanks for also letting us know the browsers you tried.   Hi letsplay:

  I took a look at your dashboard and was able to edit some text in a draft post just fine. It might have been an intermittent server or network issue.

  A browser refresh, or cache clear, often remedies problems like this. If it doesn’t contact us in support.
