Html/Embed codes and iframes for videos won’t show.

  No matter what I do I embedding videos will not work. These are embed codes for google drive and Onedrive videos. And sometimes the html code just disappears when I switch to preview the post and then return to the draft. I’ve used the customer html block and no success. I’ve used the code editor view.
  I feel like there must be some obvious issue I am missing.

  You can use the iframe and embed code on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/support/code/
  You can embed videos from many video services on your WordPress.com blog for free, https://wordpress.com/support/videos/
