HTML Embedded form not working
-
Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
^ The above is what I get every time I try to replace one of my embedded forms with another one. I tried to make a new page entirely and got “Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”. This never used to be an issue. The preview works fine, but when I try to publish it, it fails every time. Why is this happening?

Hi there,
I don’t see any sites in the account you used to post here. Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re working on?
Once we know that, we should be able to help with this or at least direct you to the folks who can.
If this is in the editor, it points to an issue with whatever plugin is being used to generate that form, so in that case contacting support for that plugin is likely your best option.

Hello! This was the page I tried to have it on: https://scriptsmedicalonline.com/prescriptions/ but it refused to save with the embedded HTML so I removed it to just be a hyperlink instead.
In the meanwhile, I also contacted Hushmail support and am awaiting information from their team.

Hi @biancadev,
I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your
scriptsmedicalonline.comsite is not hosted with WordPress.com. In turn, we’re unable to take a closer look at your site.It looks like your host uses the open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from the managed hosting offered on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact Bluehost for further support.

Hi! My apologies – I didn’t realize. I will review their forums as well as continue to speak with the Hushmail service. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
