HTML font weight change sometimes active

    I’ve changed the HTML to a custom text header so that it removes the bold attribute from h2.
    It previews in customiser without bold but when I view the site it’s presented as h2 with bold.
    I’m currently working in Chrome, but when I view the site on Desktop Safari it looks as it should, without bold. On tablet Safari it’s bold.
    On mobile the whole font theme dissolves and comes up with an entirely different font.
    I’m very confused about this theme’s (Ippo) ability to maintain fonts.
