  I’m trying to do website to appear as the website. However, this HTML format is not working. Do I need to change my background, is this a WordPress issue, or are the members with the paid domain the only ones with access to HTML? I really don’t know how to do it on my WordPress Blog, and I need help on it.

  We cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted wordpress.com blogs as this is a multiuser blogging platforum. All blogs wearing the same theme are using the same template and only Staff can access those the files and edit. Every edit they make affects all themes wearing the same theme.
