HTML not coming out right in the text widget

  Below is the text that I received from http://www.dexigner.com to paste on my blog.
  I tried to copy/paste in the text widget…but it is not looking like it should (Like a button)

  I don’t know how you came up with this utter mess! All you need is this model:
