HTML not Working – Break Command

  All of a sudden, the html command for next line or break is not working on my website.
  For instance, on the page http://enviroethics.org/texts-general/, the second book with a picture next to it should be one line lower than it currently is. But no matter what html I add, including <b> </b>, I can’t get it to go to the next line. Any suggestions?

  It appears that I fixed thew problem by adding <b> </b>
  4 times.
