  can’t get that code to show up right on my page. please help.

  That code won’t work as flash and all other embeds are not allowed on WordPress.com.

  understood, but the image I am trying to use came from a wordpress site… http://www.theppa.com can you explain that?

  That doesn’t appear to be a WordPress site at all.

  Keep in mind that self-hosted WordPress.org sites can embed Flash elements, but WordPress.com blogs can’t.
