Hi, I know you this question has been answerd before, and I know you heard this excuse before…. I dident find it anywear.
Well, I wanna add a feedback section to my blog. I would like to create a new page and when It comes up it has the feedback on it….. But how do I do that with the HTML? I am doing it threw feedback.com? I really hope its possible, ex of what I’m talking about what I would want to do for my new page…. http://www.celticsblog.net/feedback.htm
Thanks -
How about a chatterbox? Those boxes on a sidebar that people can just write whatever they want instead of leaving comments on a post. I think those are html and not javascript.

Thats an idea, but their is no way to add that html into my page to make it look like that?
-
How about creating a new page that has a tab at the top of your site that when clicked, the chatterbox is right there? Or do something like how you created the message board/forum on your site. Or get a text widget and put the html code in there for the chatterbox.

But first check and see if it’s html and not javascript. But here’s one link that I found on a friend’s chatterbox:
If it’s html, you can set up a text widget and place the code there and it will be right there on your sidebar if you want.

I dont really like the chatter look. So their is no way I can add the html code into the page for it to look like http://www.celticsblog.net/feedback.htm

Why not just use a page?
- Create a new page called Feedback
- Put in descriptive and explanatory text, please leave a comment blah, blah
- Make sure comments are enabled for that page
- Make sure there’s an entry somewhere on the main page to the feedback page (built in theme menu, Pages sidebar widget or a text sidebar widget link if need be)
- turn on comment moderation and recieve email when comment needs moderation
One feedback system.

It should be enabled by default I think but
Edit the page,
On the right had side there’s a box called: discussion.
If there’s a ‘+’ sign in the corner click it once
You should see an option Allow Comments…
Make sure the box beside it is ticked
Save the page -
Thanks, here is one of my pages http://celticspot.wordpress.com/33/ and the comment box is checked. But their is still not add comments on the page.

Aha! I just tried it out on my blog using the default wordpress theme, and it doesn’t work under that.
However, I was trying out a different themes earlier today and it did work under at least one of those: It stood out because I hadn’t seen it happen before. The theme was possibly Contempt 1.0 or Regulus 2.1.1.
So it looks like it is theme dependant.
You’ll have to have a play and see which it is, and if you like the theme enought to stick with it. You can change your theme under Dashboard->Presentation->Themes.
