HTML ready snippets in free version wordpress.com

Can I put ready snippets in wordpress.com, free version, free domain?
And if that’s not possible, is there any tool that can insert a link to my blog when bloggers copy and past something?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, there are code restrictions in place here on WPcom so depending on what code you are trying to use, it may get stripped out after you save your post or page. https://wordpress.com/support/code/
The kind of tool you describe would likely require javascript which can’t be used on free WPcom sites.
If you are concerned about copyright, you might want to create and use a reusable block for each of your posts and pages with a copyright statement since the theme you are using doesn’t include a sidebar. Here’s more on that https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/reusable-block/
Let us know if you have any other questions about this.

Thank you, justjennifer.
I’m not really worried about copyrights. Just thought it was a good way to get links, that’s ll. Having linkable snippets could’ve been an excellent way to get links.

In that case you might add the link to a CODE block and make it a reusable block. You can then add that to your post/page. https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/
Also, every post includes that post’s permalink. Some themes display that permalink more prominently than others and it usually appears at the end of the post before the comment section. In the case of the theme you are using on your site, it’s the link in the date at the bottom next to author, tags and categories.
Hope that helps.
