HTML Same as Normal View….

I have been working at this now for about twenty minutes and am getting, well…a little pissed. I need to remove some HTML tags in a post, so when I click on HTML view it gives me text that is the same as the Normal view. If I click to a different page or move around and even log-out, then – if I’m lucky – I can get the HTML view to show up, but most of the time it won’t. WordPress if very nicely laid out and has as the bells and wistels set up to make moving around easy, but I have noticed many things simply don’t work, especially when it comes to the widgets. Has anyone else had these same issues. I am using IE 7 and Chrome. Thanks

In Chrome everything is working just fine for me, try deleting your cookies.

WordPress seems quite slow right now, and I was experiencing the same issue switching from visual to HTML about 18 hours ago.

What worked for me was “getting a bigger hammer” – so to speak. Click repeatedly, and in quick succession, about 8 or 10 times on the tab for which ever view is not displaying properly. After I did that with mine, everything started working normally again.
