  Hi,
  I’d like to know all the emoticons properly translated by wordpress but I am in wordpress.com.

  Is it possible to have : “HTML Special Characters Helper” plugin available for free there?

  Have you activated the emoticons on this page? Dashboard >
  > Settings > Writing
  Note that those are the only emoticons we have and you cannot upload any others. The support docs are at http://support.wordpress.com. Her’s the reference link found in the support docs https://en.support.wordpress.com/smilies/
