  my blog text box has only “visual” and “text” tabs…no “html” tab.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  they changed the title some months back – works the same

  I added some code for my Paypal button and it won’t stick.

  I inserted the Paypal button code in the correct place. When I toggle back to Visual it is there and looks correct. When I update the page it disappears.

  And what is the actual code you added? Were you following the instructions in the Support documents? The regular Paypal code does not work here.

  Hi @kate01111,

  I hope you are well today.

  Some functionality of Paypal button doesn’t work on wordpress.com

  To be more specific when creating your paypal button DO NOT check the box next to any of the customization options, like drop-down menus or text fields. If you select any of those checkboxes, you’ll generate a button that you won’t be able to use on WordPress.com.

  Also after clicking on Create Button on Paypal website you will see two sets of code contained in Website tab and Email tab. WordPress.com does not let users post web forms so the website code would be stripped so don’t use code provided in the Website tab instead You must use the link provided in the Email tab.
