HTML table code deleting when I publish!?

  Hi guys
  I’m using the Wu Wei theme and have been happily inserting the html for a table (i’m trying to put some content into nice even columns) and that works fine until I try to center the table content or make the content borders white..then every time I save it deletes that bit of code.

  Does anyone know why or how to stop it? And if not, a better way of getting my pics into even columns without a table?

  To center a table, you can use this:

  <div align="center">
  TABLE CODE HERE
  </div>

  To remove the borders:
