HTML tags and attributes – removal

new user so this may be really obvious
How do i remove the HTML tags and attributes stuff from showing under my “leave a rely” in the commnet area ?
eg {{{You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b><cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> }}} this will put of basic users using my site
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those are there to tell your commenters what they can use in their comments and what they can’t. To remove them, you’d have to know CSS editing and purchase the Custom CSS upgrade. I believe but am not 100000% sure that all themes have those characters.

Are you suggesting that when the site is upgradef to a registered domain that the HTML tags and attributes are removed ?NB I purchased the upgrade several weeks ago
so not sure why “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found.”
and i can see the purchased domain. -
Your name tag has the wrong URL it came up as flipboxx.com.wordpress.com
It should be flipboxx.com , right?
