How do I insert an html code into a “text or html” widget and have it recognized as code as opposed to reading and displaying it as text?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If the code is correct, it will be interpreted rather than shown. If the code has a mistake, it will not be interpreted, it will be shown. If the code is something that is not allowed here at wordpress.COM, then wordpress will strip the code out.
Javascript, flash, iframes and forms are not allowed here at wordpress.COM due to security concerns, and we are also limited in the plain HTML that we can use. http://support.wordpress.com/code/
