HTML5 and equity between .org and .com

I come to you for some derogation if possible?
We are WordPress.COM customers since 2009.
We are an internet radio.
From the first day, we had to “transfer” all our visitors (listerners) to another website (on canalblog.com blog) in case they want to listen to our radio on our HTML5 player. ( 100% of players on the market are on HTML5 and javascript codes)…
The reason as you know: WordPress.COM users ( and customers ) are not allowed to install any player in HTML5 / Javascript code.
Knowing that we ( at least , i am talking about me and the ones like me) so we pay services, options in stock capacities, domains, ads and more services.) While our colleagues using WORDPRESS.ORG are allowed to install HTML5 in adding some plugins.
Of course, it’s not fare at all… 2 systems…2 categories of customers ( knowing that WordPress.com could pay more to wordpress group than the ones of wordpress.org
Is there a way please? a derogation could be done? for people, customers like me… For me at least :) to be able to install our player directly on wordpress.com website/ blog, instead of creating a deviation to other blogs where we can install all players we want?
Since 2009, we are promoting our 4 blogs on wordpress.com including our official one. It would be harmful to begin paying services, domains on other blogs ( other than wordpress ) or paying a CMS from the market , promoting those other blogs instead of allowing this category of wordpess.com that we are, to be authorized to install our players on our blog invested and paid here on wordpress.com
Security reasons , i know, i read all articles on forum here ( and on french version) but it didn’t convince me… As we trusted you and paid wordpress.com several options since 2009…It would be the least …to trust also us and treat all wordpress group at the same level ( wordpress.org and wordpres.com )
Thank you for your help, derogation and we are at your disposal in case there is any more payment for such service. At least to consider us at the same level than wordpress.org customers.

It is already possible to embed audio files directly into any WordPress.com site using the Audio shortcode, which will render a html5 audio player in the published post. We also support embeds of audio players from several other services. You can find full information here:
The code restrictions are not going to be taken away. iframe and JavaScript code can be used to inject malware into a site, and we are not going to put the entire WordPress.com platform at risk in that way.
With a self-hosted site you download the WordPress.org software and install it on your own server and it has no connection to any other website. There you are free to use whatever code you want to use.
On WordPress.com, however, all sites run on the same installation of the WordPress software, so if one site gets infected with malware, all the millions of sites hosted here are also at risk. There is no upgrade plan that changes this. This is how our version of the WordPress software works.
