HTTP 500 Internal Server Error – tried to install new theme

  Hi,

  I tried to install a new theme for my blog http://www.thebirkineffect.com and now it is coming up with the above http 500 error message. i cant even get onto the back-end http://www.thebirkineffect.com/wp-login.php

  please help, i am worried that i have lost all of my content!
