Dear WordPress Team,
My name is Daria and I’m currently volunteering for the AOVA Animal Shelter in Moldova.
In order to simplify the process of donation and adoption, I’d like to create a user-friendly website with the help of your platform.
When working on the website, I’ve stumbled upon an issue—the possibility to add an online payment form is required to be purchased (Premium version). Unfortunately, I don’t have enough funds to acquire it, and I can’t ask the shelter to pay for it, as they need money to buy food and medicine for their animals.
I’d like to ask you to let me use this feature for free, as it’s the one thing I can do for this shelter using my technical skills. I’m sure it will help them to get more donations and feedback from people.

Hi Daria,
It is not possible for us to enable a single premium plan feature on your site independently of the plan. This is a technical limitation, not simply a matter of policy.
But you also don’t need the premium plan to accept payments on a site. The premium plan makes it easier with our payments block, but you can also add a PayPal button on a free site. Here it will just be a more manual process – you’ll need to generate your own button directly on PayPal’s website, and then insert the code they’ll provide you into a custom HTML block on your site.
