    Hello,
    I’m Administrator of the Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti in Japan
    We log from WordPress free version but our domain we rent from onamae.com a Domain/Server for website etc…
    So when last time I try to connect to the website from wp-login.php I get this ‘this site stepped out for a bit’ If you’re the site owner, contact us at [redacted by staff]
    We do not host from GoDaddy and I call the customer service and they told me that they do not have any record from Djibouti Embassy etc…
    Any help to fix this will very much appreciated

    Hey Hassan, you are using the self-hosted version of wordpress hosted at godaddy. This is the support forum for wordpress.com managed hosting.

    You have to sort this out with godaddy. Let them know about the domain as well as the email associated with it. They also have a community forum at https://community.godaddy.com/ . You will get better support there.

    For queries related to the self-hosted version you will get better answers at https://wordpress.org/support/forums . I hope this helped.

    Hey @kokkieh, it was not their personal number but actually Godaddy’s support number :)

    This is offtopic but thank you for providing feedback on my comments, I wanted to thank you before but didn’t want to hijack the posts.
