HTTP Error 403

  Hi

  Every time i try to create a new post , by no matter what route, i get HTTP Error 403. The posts i have already seen only refer to wordpress.org . Mine appears to be .com .

  Can you advise.

  Hi Vince,

  Are you still getting this problem with vgreyson.wordpress.com? WordPress.com shouldn’t be throwing up HTTP 403 errors (and I’ve never encountered one myself).

  yes, was trying to add a new post this afternoon using my works w7 laptop. I am still getting the same issue. I’ll try this evening from my home w7 64bit laptop and see if that has the same issue.

  Hi

  i just tried my blog at home usign my w7 46-bit laptop and had no real problems looking at the dashboard and creatign a new post. but at work on my 32 bit version of w7 i can do neither. So i’ll have to have a prolonged campaign of investigation. I’ll try plan B to see if its something on our network first. Then i try out google.

  I have just switched for my office wired connection to the wireless connection and that appears to sort out my problems. Not quite sure why , but no doubt it will all be come plain in time. Thanks for any interest you have taken in my plight.
