  I am trying to upload a pdf file that is 8 mb and every time, I try, it keeps tell me that it is timing out or gives me an http error

  Try this:
  1. Upload with a different browser
  or
  2. Clear your browser cache and then try uploading again

  Hi – It’d also be helpful if you could run a speed test and share those results with us here. If your connection isn’t strong you’d have problems uploading. Something like https://speedtest.net/ will do the trick. Thanks!
