  hi there, i am a new to this website designing game. I wanted to reroute the wp login screen to click where it says register to redirect to our site. I put a piece of custom CSS in the theme function.php folder and once i clicked update i no longer have access to the the site or the admin panel! can someone please help!

  It sounds like you have a self hosted WordPress.org website and not one hosted on WordPress.com.
