  cannot get into back office, just keep getting this error msg. can anyone help please?

  It looks like your question has to do with a self-hosted WordPress.org product. These forums offer support for the WordPress.com suite of products. The distinction can seem subtle, so you may read more about the differences. Find the WordPress.org-specific support you need at WordPress.org’s support site.   HTTP Error 500 is pretty common, but it also doesn’t give you much information. Search the WordPress.org forums for that error code and see if that support might help you, then start a forum post there if that doesn’t solve your issue.
