    Hi there,

http://www.myusualgame.com is a site hosted with Network Solutions and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

They’re very similar, but two separate things.

To get help with your issues, you may want to try posting your question at the WordPress.org support forum:https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    Hope this helps! :)

  • Hello there,

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

It means we are unable to support this website.

You would need to obtain instructions on how to access the site files via SFTP from Network solutions.

Once accessed, renaming the plugin folders via wp-content > plugins ..should deactivate the plugin.

    I hope this information helps.
