HTTP: Error 500 – Page Crash

    Hi,

I purchased a theme from AudioTheme this afternoon and began uploading it along with the plug-ins on my WordPress account. The theme and 3/4 plugins uploaded successfully until CuePro. The moment I uploaded CuePro, instead of displaying a ‘Plugin Successful’ confirmation page, it redirected me to an error page (HTTP Error 500) claiming it can’t ‘handle’ my domain page. Now, I am unable to login to my WordPress account. I have contacted my Domain Host, Rebel, and after much discussion, they sent in an error request to tech support. They suspect that the plugin must’ve crashed during the upload on WordPress and shut the domain down entirely.

Once this issue’s resolved, I would like to confirm if this plugin (or the plugins in general) are ‘infected’ before I re-upload the plugin and encounter the same issue again. Unfortunately, I’m working on a tight time-constraint and would like to resolve this issue immediately.

    Thank you in advance,

    Confidy

Hi. You are in the wrong place.
These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
