HTTP Error 500: site offline

    My wordpress site is currently offline (not a website linked to shaunafyp1516) and displaying a http error 500 for an internal server type error.

    I have tried disabling my wordpress theme and all plugins as suggested on various forums and it is not back yet.

    I want to know where I can access the ftp or file manager provided by my host, change the wp-config.php file. Where it says define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); change that to define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );. Then when you try to login you should get a list of errors.

    Looking at your details, your site seems to be Self Hosted WordPress site, to know the difference between
    WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG

    Your best place to get help would be WordPress org Support

    The HTTP 500 error is a common error. You should be able to find a solution in the search result above.
    Also, to be able to access your FTP to work on the wp-config.php
    you can contact your Hosting provider.
