HTTP ERROR 500 – 'This page isn't working' – Can't log in to my admin
-
Hi! I can’t log in to my admin dashboard for my site: mattlyles.com
Luckily the site, itself, is still up and running. I’m just unable to login to my admin dashboard and make any updates.
When I go to the following url: http://www.mattlyles.com/wp-admin/
I get an error that reads:
“This page isn’t working. http://www.mattlyles.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500.”
There’s a Reload button, but hitting that button only produces the same error.
What can I do?
Thanks

Hi there!
I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
