http error on images

  I would like to ask on how can I fix the error when uploading an image. I tried reading some articles on the support page of wordpress but I was unable to fix it. I also download a plug-in, file manager, wordpress 4.5.3 and wordpress4.5.3 tr.gz files and I dont know where to start. please help. Thanks Shiela
