http error when trying to upload picture

    My photo gets an http error when I try to upload it. It is 5.5 my jpeg. I have tried to upload on my android phone and my ipad and get the same error

    Hi there,

    This is a common error when uploading media, even on a desktop machine. All it means is that the upload process somehow got stuck over your internet connection.

    Unfortunately, there’s not much to do about it other than retrying the upload. If you have access to a better internet connection (for example, if your attempts on android and ipad were on a cell network, WiFi may be better) that can help it too.
