HTTP error when uploading images to wordpress

  I am getting a HTTP error when uploading images to wordpress.
  I have tried
  switch browsers
  increase wordpress memory limit
  check theme
  clear caches
  deactivate plugins
  downgrade/upgrade wordpress version

  However, nothing works for me.
  Current wordpress version is 5.1.1.
  Can anyone help me to solve this issue please.
