I urgently need help to upgrade my website [http://italianstudies.org.uk] to a 8.1. version. I also noticed that my website, associated with this account, does not appear as a site related to it.
Can you first let me know whether you provide technical support for such an upgrade from version 7.4 to 8.1?
Second, why do I get a message saying that this website [http://italianstudies.org.uk] is not associated with this account?Many thanks,

I think there might be a mix-up between WordPress.org and WordPress.com here.
WordPress.com is a cloud-based platform that manages WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
I checked and it seems like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. That’s most likely why you’re getting this message about it not being associated with the account.
