HTTP response code 503

  Hi. I was working on my website (https://villavestbyevents.no/) I wanted to change the name/URL/DomainName, so I entered a new desired name (utleiepartner.no), immediatly after hitting the save button I lost the access, now my site url https://villavestbyevents.no/wp-admin is redirecting me to https://utleiepartner.no/wp-login.php (which is obviously not my site) and I get an error ‘Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 503)’. Please resore my older site https://villavestbyevents.no/wp-admin.

  By the way why did I not get any error while I was changing about the domain name? I should have got an error like domainname not available, or atleast I would have asked to authenticate the new domain if it already existed. why this whole fiasco happened, it should have not even happen.
