  i made the mistake of trying to change my domain to https under general settings before all of the other necessary steps were completed (SSL certificate and who knows what else) and now i cannot get onto the site at all. how can i access the admin panel again to change it back?

  It seems that your site (bkapothecary.com) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on In2net Network with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

  It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
