http to https changed manually in settings could not log in now

    As i am new to wordpress, i did some changes in settings and manually changed http:// to https:// now i am unable to log in any way. As i used custom domain so now my domain not opening, please guide me what to do now…

    Thanks for the reply bro,

    My site’s url address is shopcrazydeals.in & i have used Pro Free host (profreehost.com) as hosting & from control panel in profreehost i used WordPress

    As i saw my site was up but address bar was showing as Not Secure and it was using http:// so i tried to change in wordpress dashboard settings>general> there i saw http:// so i changed it from there to https:// and i saved the settings there. As soon as i saved all it got blocked. Please can you do a reset as now it is not even allowing me to change and use another wordpress id so that i can continue using it.

    please do guide as to how & what can be done now :(

    Hello Kazi,

    It looks like shopcrazydeals.in is a self-hosted WordPress site with profreehost.com, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
