  I uploaded all the files and plugins and what ever and I get the following error message when I check out my site: Not Authorized to View this page [cfn #0004] Please help me get started. Thanks.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  The site you mention and connected to your username doesn’t exist. What is the URL of the site you need help with?

  It sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org website, that is completely different from WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
