  I am using WordPress for my class this semester and really like it. Today the Case Discussions page disappeared and I have a case discussion next week.

  Should I re-write the page or is there a backup of the page I can restore? Is it possible it is still there in http://hospitalitymarketingone.com/case-discussions/ folder?

  Thanks for any suggestions.

  Can you locate it here? Dashboard > Pages > All Pages?

  You can look in the last autosave for Pages » Page Revisions
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/#restoring-revisions

  If you don’t find the post or page then it could be in your trash.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ Provided you did not permanently delete it then restoration is possible.
