  Hello, unfortunately, our website is not secured with HTTPS. I have looked through several forums but have not found an answer. It says it works automatically, but it does not. I hope to receive some advice. Thank you!

  What is the address of the site you are referring to? SSL is automatically installed on WordPress.com sites:

  https://wordpress.com/support/https-ssl/
