I don’t see the option to check my site’s SSL Status as explained in this help center article.
Check Your SSL Status
To make sure your domain has an active SSL certificate, take the following steps:Visit your site’s dashboard.
Navigate to Upgrades → Domains (or Hosting → Domains if using WP-Admin).
Click on your domain.
Scroll down to the “Domain security” section.
If your SSL certificate is active, you will see the text “SSL certificate active”:
Domain security shows the SSL certificate is active.
If you don’t see the “Domain Security” section in your Domain Details page, make sure your domain name is correctly set up.If you see the text “SSL certificate pending” allow time for our system to provision your website’s SSL certificate. There is nothing further you need to do at this time.
Domain security shows the SSL certificate is pending.
Because we provision the SSL Certificate for you, there is no toggle or setting to modify the certificate. The SSL is provisioned by our system automatically. You can also check if a site has a working SSL by checking the URL in your browser’s address bar when visiting the website as a normal visitor. Browsers typically show a lock icon, safety seal, or a green URL bar to indicate a secure connection.

All WordPress.com sites ending in .wordpress.com are automatically encrypted with a “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate and served over https as you can see in your browser’s address bar.
Are you asking about a different website or domain?

Hi @markjenkinsmn!
Are you asking about SSL for https://markjenkinsmn870428525.wordpress.com/ or were you asking for a different domain?
I can confirm that the SSL certificate is being automatically managed when you have the default domain set up.
